Diabetic Talk

Come along to a talk on diabetes and vision loss by Dr Gurjeet Jutley and Dr Gemma Ching-A-Sue who both have a wealth of knowledge on diabetes and sight loss. Held at OAB’s Bradbury Lodge, Gordon Woodward Way, Oxford on Friday 24th April at 2pm. Spaces are limited, contact us to find out more.

Coffee Mornings

NEW Banbury Coffee Morning: We’re delighted to be starting a new coffee morning in Banbury, come along on the 1st Wednesday of the month from 10.30am-12.30pm at the Rustic Bean Cafe, 61 Parsons Street, Banbury, OX16 5NB. Our first meeting will be Wednesday 1st April.

OAB Coffee Morning Oxford: OAB are holding a new coffee morning for anyone with a visual impairment plus their family at Oxfordshire Association for the Blind, Bradbury Lodge, Gordon Woodward Way, Oxford, OX1 4XL. from 10.30am-12.30pm, we will be meeting on the 3rd Tuesday of the month.

OAB Coffee Morning Didcot: A new coffee morning is starting in Didcot, we’ll be meeting at the Cornerstone Arts Centre in Didcot on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 10.30am-12.30pm.

  • ActivEyes – a group for active visually impaired people from across Oxfordshire. The group would be pleased to meet anyone who wishes to attend and welcomes suggestions for future activities. Contact for more details.
  • Oxfordshire Sports Partnership – organise events for people with disabilities, including the visually impaired.
