OAB Coffee Morning Oxford: OAB are holding a new coffee morning for anyone with a visual impairment plus their family at Oxfordshire Association for the Blind, Bradbury Lodge, Gordon Woodward Way, Oxford, OX1 4XL. from 10.30am-12.30pm, we will be meeting on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, please see flyer below for more information:
OAB Coffee Club Didcot: A new coffee club is starting in Didcot, we’ll be meeting at the Cornerstone Arts Centre in Didcot on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 11am-1pm. Please see the information below for more details.
EVENTS – LOCAL ORGANISATIONS:
- Museum touch tours – Oxford University Museums offer a touch tour for people with visual impairments once a month, to find out more contact us.
- ActivEyes – a group for active visually impaired people from across Oxfordshire. The group would be pleased to meet anyone who wishes to attend and welcomes suggestions for future activities. Contact ActivEyes@oxeyes.org.uk for more details.
- Oxfordshire Sports Partnership – organise events for people with disabilities, including the visually impaired.
- Summertown Stars Visually Impaired Football – Train once a month. Open to all ages and all abilities. It’s great fun. Meet new friends, learn a new skill or improve on existing skills. Cost: FREE. If interested please contact Jo Kalies on 07867 646503 or email email@example.com
